Welcome
Welcome

Blue Whale Pathways is a work of beauty and hope. It brings us together because it helps us remember who we really are. It helps us come into our power, the power of unconditional love, without fear. We can then trust ourselves again to walk in beauty, to really love one another, ourselves, and Mother Earth.

I am of Japanese and Russian descent, and spent my first 16 years in the south of Brazil; after which I lived in Tokyo, Japan; Colombo, Sri Lanka; and Amman, Jordan, before moving to the United States in 1995. At 21, I went to my first Vipassana Meditation Retreat and had the most amazing experience: In deep states of meditation, time became spherical: past, present and future could be seen and my visions no longer required dreaming states to manifest. I was introduced to Tai Chi and Qi Gong, and the images in my dreams that were in constant flow were then visible through the flowing energy of practice.

I moved to Arizona and was drawn to Sedona. There I received guidance to proceed to Santa Fe, NM and begin my studies in Holistic Health Healing. I joined the Massage Therapy Program and just after graduation, joined the Master’s Program for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I then studied Orthobionomy and Craniosacral Therapy. That led to Peruvian Shamanism and then Tibetan Medicine. After moving to Chicago, as serendipity often works, books began to fall at my feet in bookstores, literally. The first one was “The Heart of Listening” by Hugh Milne. That led me to my passion for Craniosacral Therapy as a form that had room to incorporate all the others. Another was The Flower of Life, by Drunvalo Melchizedek. This pulled it all together for me, spiritually and personally. Such is Divine Timing.

"In the year 2000, I took my first workshop with Drunvalo, Living in the Heart, and it was then that the integration process began. All experiences, past and future, began to integrate. The process of remembering had begun. From my international roots, I discovered a universal truth: Across geography, religion, and language, all human beings share the same Heart. We all experience isolation, pain and grieving, we all strive for happiness."

We have always known there was more to life, and oh, there is so much more! We are now entering a new dimension, the whole planet is rising in consciousness, receiving new energies. Blue Whale Pathways helps bring Truth to new levels of understanding. You will be learning to fully live in your Heart and connect with the energy of Ascension, using simple steps supported by advanced science.

I stand in joy because the way of the Heart was shown to me. I am in peace because I have seen through the eye of the Heart into the eyes of others. I feel so grateful for all the people, angels, teachers and animal guides in my life that gently led me onto this path of awakening and remembering. Let’s remember and rejoice together. Welcome to the pod!

CranioSacral Therapy

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

  • Migraine Headaches
  • Chronic Neck and Back Pain
  • Motor-Coordination Impairments
  • Colic
  • Central Nervous System Disorders
  • Orthopedic Problems
  • Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Scoliosis
  • Infantile Disorders
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Emotional Difficulties
  • Stress and Tension-Related Problems
  • Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders
  • Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)
  • Neurovascular or Immune Disorders

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to heal and revitalize the body and mind. Essential oils represent what nature prizes most: pure energy and vital force which enlivens the plant. These aromatherapy essences are extracted from plants around the world through essential oil distillation or essential oil extraction (for the citrus family). These precious essential oils heal and enliven body, mind and spirit by enchanting your senses!

The Benefits of Using Aromatherapy

Essential Oils uplift the emotions, stimulate mental focus, encourage relaxation, relieve pain, improve blood circulation, cleanse the system of toxins and clear the respiratory system.

Uplift Emotions

I use Orange and Ylang Ylang essential oils for a euphoric mood or to reduce nervous tension and create a sense of joy and happiness.

Stimulate Mental Focus and Memory

I use Rosemary and Peppermint essential oils to stimulate mental activity and focus, as well as increase memory.

Encourage Relaxation

I use Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang and Orange essential oils to feel more relaxed, to release stress while calming your spirit.

Relieve Pain

I use Lavender, Rosemary, Roman Chamomile (for inflammation) and Peppermint essential oils to create a warming influence on the body, relax inner organs and relieve pain through analgesic affects.

Improve Blood Circulation

I use Sage essential oil to alleviate sore legs, stimulate broken capillaries and remove spider veins, varicose veins, etc.

Clear The Respiratory System

I use wonderful Eucalyptus essential oil to relieve and clear-up respiratory and sinus congestion.

Merkaba Meditation

The Merkaba is a counter-rotationg field of light generated from the spinning of specific geometric forms that simultaneously affect one’s spirit and body. It is a vehicle that can aid mind, body and spirit to access and experience other planes or potentials of life. In fact, the Merkaba is even much more than this. It is a tool that helps us reach full human potential.

Mer- refers to light. In Egypt, it was seen as counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space, they are generated when a person performs specific breathing patterns. Ka- refers to spirit. Ba- refers to the spirit’s interpretation of reality, the physical body.
The Merkaba is a crystaline energy field of specific sacred geometries that align mind, body and heart together.

These geometric energy fields around our bodies can be turned on in a particular way, which is also connected to our breath. The Merkaba meditation incorporates a 17-breath process along with mudras (hand positions) that are a key to the correct use of the Merkaba. Activating the Merkaba through the 17-breath meditation will result in deeper contact with your Higher Self and it will strengthen every aspect of your life. You will be better able to relieve your stress, balance your mind and emotions, and heal yourself if the Merkaba is used often and consistently. Most importantly, you will experience and remember your intimate connection with God in a safe and nurturing environment. Learning the steps of the Merkaba meditation alone is not enough to fully experience the benefits of an activated Merkaba.

Qiqong

The wordQigong(Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words. Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe.

The second word, Gong, pronounced gung, means accomplishment, or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Together, Qigong (Chi Kung) means cultivating energy, it is a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.

"Qigong’s great appeal is that everyone can benefit, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances."

Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. Qigong practices can be classified as martial, medical, or spiritual. All styles have three things in common: they all involve a posture, (whether moving or stationary), breathing techniques, and mental focus. Some practices increase the Qi; others circulate it, use it to cleanse and heal the body, store it, or emit Qi to help heal others. Practices vary from the soft internal styles such as Tai Chi; to the external, vigorous styles such as Kung Fu. However, the slow gentle movements of most Qigong forms can be easily adapted, even for the physically challenged and can be practiced by all age groups.

Like any other system of health care, Qigong is not a panacea, but it is certainly a highly effective health care practice. Many health care professionals recommend Qigong as an important form of alternative complementary medicine. Qigong creates an awareness of and influences dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs. Most other forms of exercise do not involve the meridian system used in acupuncture nor do they emphasize the importance of adding mindful intent and breathing techniques to physical movements. When these dimensions are added, the benefits of exercise increase exponentially.
