Need to unwind from all the crazy stress? Come join us for an hour of blissing out, grounding, de-stressing and overall feeling good session !!
We start the meditation with a soothing Crystal Bowl sound, tuned to the Heart chakra frequency, for calming and letting go.
Then we learn simple hand positions, called Mudras, coupled with a tone, that we sound together, to clear and align all of our 7 chakras. We end with the Unity Breath Meditation. This is a guided meditation to help remind us of our connection to Mother Earth & Father Sky, and to remind ourselves of how much we are loved.
